Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram Maharashtra (VKA) has always completed all the legal formalities of the Laws well in time. This includes:

  • Filing of yearly Income Tax Returns (ITR), TDS etc. All applicable taxes are paid time to time as per provisions in act.
  • Entire Accounts of VKA are audited by well experienced Chartered Accountants.
  • Audits are completed with standard accounting practices and as per provision/amendments in Maharashtra Public Charitable Trust Act and submitted to PTR office regularly.
  • All the major decisions are always approved by Main Committee/AGM time to time in respective meetings organised by VKA.
  • VKA has valid PAN, TAN numbers.
  • VKA is duly registered at Income Tax authorities under Sec. 12A of Income Tax Act 1961.
  • All donations given to VKA are exempted under Section 80(G) of the Income Tax Act.
